By accessing or using any products, services, or content provided by Quant28 LLC ("The 28 Club"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

The 28 Club provides trading education, live workshops, community access, and digital products. All educational content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, including The Market Code™, course materials, videos, guides, and proprietary frameworks, is the exclusive intellectual property of Quant28 LLC. Reproduction, distribution, or resale without written permission is strictly prohibited.

4. Payment and Refunds

All sales are final unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase. Digital products are non-refundable once accessed. For questions about billing, contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.

5. Trading Risk Disclosure

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for all investors. Past performance of The Market Code™ or any trading system is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Quant28 LLC shall not be liable for any trading losses, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from use of our educational content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to share, resell, or distribute any proprietary content. Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
